First, click "Automation Email"

Here you can set request email by 5 different patterns:

1. Paid. Send emails after the customers pay for the product.

2. Shipped. Send emails after the product has shipped.

3. Delivered. Send emails after the product has delivered.

4. Photo Reminder. Send photo reminder to encourage customers upload photo reviews.

5. Questions & Answers. Send emails to collect Questions and Answers from customers.

Note: If your products are digital, we normally recommend you use "Paid" and "Shipped".

Then, Click "Edit Template".

In the Interval days, you can manually set the number of interval days. For example, if you put "7" in the box, that means the email will be sent after 7 days.
